Busy busy busy

So...a couple of changes out this way.  

My position at church changed from Children's Sunday School Coordinator to Women's Small Groups Coordinator.  Daniel is now Men's Small Groups Coordinator as well as continuing to work with the middle school youth.  

We found out our little furry baby has an allergy.  We're trying to keep the possible offenders at bay.  He was on some meds for a few weeks.  His skin has healed up completely as far as we can tell.  Thank you, God. We took up the carpet in the house!  The hardwood floors that were underneath had been covered for 60 years, they look like new!  We are so happy with how it turned out.  It's so clean!

Progress on the basement has slowed to a crawl stop.  Which is frustrating.  It's completely gutted and cleared out its just taking the next step that is taking months for some reason...

We had the 4th annual 504 open this week.  It's a weekend that all of Daniel's roommates from college and their wives meet up for a weekend of golf (for the guys) and shopping (for the girls).  It was such a good time!  We got to see Kristi who is preggo right now and so graceful in it!  It was just really neat to reconnect with the girls and see how they're all doing.  

The house is all decorated for Fall.  I love it!  I made a wreath with some awesome ladies at a girl's night hosted by my friend, Amber.  It was so nice of her to host something like that and I am so grateful she thought to invite me.  Time with other women at the same age and  stage as I am and that are also Christian is something I needed in my life.
